Charlotte has a lot of young professional organizations. And these groups can be a great way to meet people as well as advance in your career. We're the third fastest growing city for people ages twenty-five to thirty-nine, so I guess local organizations are just trying to keep up with demand.
I've added a list of links under "Charlotte Young Professionals Organizations" in the right column on this site. I dare you to find a more comprehensive list anywhere! But I'm sure I've left off some so if you know of any YPOs that should be added, please email me at jarvish@grownpeopletalking.com. (Note: I don't plan to include Internet-based organizations like those on Meetup.com or groups on Facebook, etc.)
